MANGO PROTEIN LASSI

INGREDIENTS

  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of Slender Blend (vanilla/naked)
  • 1 ripe mango, cut into chunks or I use a can of mango pulp
  • 125g natural yoghurt
  • 150mls almond milk
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Ice cubes
  • 1tsp of crushed pistachios to serve

METHOD

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth – add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency
