Surjan Singh Nijjar

Sat Sri Akal Bhabha Ji and Thank You!

My grandfather  Surjan Singh Nijjar  was  in the military  and he  dressed well and  and was  in  good health .   He wore  tailored pants that were suited tapered pants  and he wore a shirt  and a tie  with suspenders, probably to keep his pants up as he had no stomach, he was lean from all the walks he took.He wore a   white turban to match his   white shirt and when in England he wore a cardigan  with a tie everyday. He looked like a model from a GQ  magazine  for men.

He was a scholar, a city man who loved to read and his favorite all of things was to read on health and ayurvedic healing and curing of diseases and ailments. He  also wrote books which his son donated to his local Gurdwara.
