Samber and rice For Dinner At Sodhi House

I made Samber and Quonia with Basmati Rice !

My  samber include spinach in place of green beans.

 

 

Somber is an indian lentil (yellow daal beans ) . full of protein and fiber.  A vegetarian meal  and cost is low and low in cholesterol and wholesome, yummy in tummy and my husband .
